History Of The Temple
Sri Gnana Saraswathi Devalayam was established in the year 1950, from the day of establishment every day pujas and sevas has been performing to the godess saraswathi.
In the year 2007 “GHARBHALAYAM” was built with the blessings of godess saraswathi, sri sri sri shankara charya and sri sri sri bharathi theertha maha swamy.
The temple is located on the main road opp; gandhi hospital, musheerabad, secunderabad.
After entering into temple premises you can see main entrance of the temple, ”GOPURAM” was built on the entrance with 3 floors and on the top of the gopuram you will find 5 “ KALASAS”.
In one “MUKHA MANDAPAM” you will find 3 “GHARBHALAYALU” among 3 in the middle you will find main Gharbhalayam of Sri Saraswathi Matha. On the left side Sri Rama, Seetha matha and Laxmana with Hanuman in Gharbhalayam, on the right side Lord Shiva, Parvathi, Vinayaka with Shiva Lingam and Adi Shankaracharya.
Every Month On Moola Nakhsatram “SARASWATHI HOMAM”,
On Sankasta Hara Chathurdi Day “GANAPATHI HOMAM”.
On Masa Sivarathri Day “RUDRA HOMAM”. And On Pournami Day “CHANDI HOMAM”.
